They strike down the confession of Christ. They abolish the love of truth. They abolish saving missions. They deny the Grace of Baptism to those of other faiths. They discourage repentance and the Christian work of salvation of the Orthodox Church. Like their counterparts, the Christ-reviling Jews, they "shut up the kingdom of heaven against men." And neither do they enter in, nor "them that are entering" do they let "go in," says the Lord (St. Matthew 13:1314).
