The Press Office of the Romanian Patriarchate informs us: Monday, 24 October 2011, on the occasion of the feast of Saint Dimitrios the New, Protector of Bucharest the Holy Head of Saint Andrew the Apostle, Protector of Romania, will be brought from Patras (Greece), by a delegation of the Orthodox Church of Greece, headed by His Eminence Metropolitan Hrisostom of Patras. The holy relics of Saint Andrew the Apostle will be on the Patriarchate Hill for the faithful to worship it till Friday, 28 October 2011, 20.00 hours. |
