To the Very Reverend and Reverend Clergy of the Holy Metropolis of New Jersey

My beloved Brothers and Concelebrants,

I pray that this letter finds all of you well. It is with great joy and anticipation that I remind you once again of the date for this year’s Holy Cross Celebration in Asbury Park, New Jersey: Sunday, September 18, 2011. We will once again convene at the Paramount Theater at 8:00am for the Orthros, followed immediately by the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy, and then proceed to the Boardwalk where a Memorial Service for Ecumenical Patriarch Athenagoras will be celebrated, and finally we will all process to the beachfront for the Diving of the Cross by the Youth of our Holy Metropolis. A family picnic and barbeque will be held after the conclusion of the Divine Services.
